yeah Stars really wanted to put patches on players at a FT on American soil watched by mostly Americans on an American broadcast but ESPN was like nah

Did he win a satellite through the site during a promotion? If so, probably.

If he signed a deal afterwards, he probably gets what that contract states.

Believe it or not other countries than America will watch the Wsop main event final table. Even if its only on youtube in the coming weeks. So really dont think that it being on american soil on an american broadcast would really have affected Pokerstars decision.
