I am ok, ty for asking. Storm was a nightmare, friends and family still without power, internet was out here since Wednesday and just now back on, but I'm lucky to have the electricity and heat. So many people don't even know if they still have a house to get back to, barrier islands still off limits.

Maybe this is the wrong place to ask this, but does someone have cliffs of Diamond Flush articles?

Its very tough to track everything that is being discussed and I feel like having short notes on the articles would be very helpful.

A lot of the points seem to be going to deep into the lederer interviews and contesting his claims with outside and unverified (or partially verified) sources, tough to read it and still have a clear idea of what DF is arguing. if what DF is writing is as important as the early articles set it out to be, the info needs to be disseminated to everyone, no?

The opening sentence might as well read " In early June 2011, some people ( who may or may not have been shareholders of FTP), may or may not have held a meeting at some person's house in Vegas to talk about changing the board of FTP. You can trust that I know this because I am anonymous as well."
This is literally the equivalent of me posting here that I heard from some people that Howard Lederer was/is lying and when you question me about it, I simply say that I won't reveal my sources. Oh, and I won't tell you who I am either.
If you put a lot of stock in what DF has to say at this point, you are either stunningly, blindly naive or are just too dumb to question what an anonymous person tells you is fact by citing anonymous sources. I not saying she is wrong. Nor am I saying she is right. I am simply saying that everyone should take what she has to say with a gigantic grain of salt and do their own research and draw their own conclusions.
Oh, and HL is a piece of lying ****.

For anyone who missed it - Chad Elie (processor recently sentenced to 5 months prison) has confirmed that he is one of DF's sources (in the "Chad Elie on Twitter" thread).
