"Highstakes" aren't defined by a big blind in USD but rather by a buyin that's high in respect of what the average person earns.
In a world full of billionaires NL2k would be the new NL2 and certainly not highstakes.

Regardless of the stakes, if you cannot show the action of the entire hand you are basically just showing pictures of money. For that a cursory google image search will turn up more than any BTC pot could come to.
