Anybody seen this before?

Go to 32:20, and dealer can be seen cutting deck before turn and river. Odd, no?

At 9:10 the announcer says the deck is cut at every street at the player's request.

I did not watch the clip but it is not uncommon for players to be able to request a cut prior to the next street in a self dealt high stakes private game. It is intended as a protection against cheating.
