I think that perhaps using Daniel as "positive" misdirection when implementing changes was a strategy that ultimately backfired against Amaya last year. Once Daniel is released and Amaya realizes that Daniels popularity has been steadily declining, and his effectiveness as an ambassador is moot, I'm sure Daniel will come out with some FCP post about the specifics of why his hands were tied during this whole process, and he wishes he could have done more or done things differently.

Get your Amaya rake increase news from less compromised sources.

Well if the dog was 17 and let's say he got him when he was fairly young. At the latest he got the dog in 2001. So yes, Mushu had been there for pretty much the entirety of his poker career.

sad to hear about mushu instead. he often included him as a supporting cast member in blog posts etc back when I discovered poker and admired him. shoutout to championship poker at the plaza on foxsports1...probably watched that final table more than 20 times. #GoLeafs

In his rant Negs says he's not for higher rake and Doug Polk took his words out of context - I call bull ****. If someone is saying that the higher rake is terrible for poker, and hurting all players - and you come along and make a counter point by describing a scenario (if rake was so high no pros play then it's better for the rec) you ARE DISAGREEING WITH THAT PERSON'S ASSERTION THAT HIGHER RAKE IS BAD FOR EVERYONE. You are taking the other side of the argument - that higher rake isn't actually worse for everyone. Doug did not take your statements out of context.

Ultimately I have a positive view of you DNEGS, but you do things that are quite weasel'ish sometimes. Stop trying to play both sides, it makes you look bad, and worse your words lose credibility.

Defending yourself regarding GN's cease and desist to Doug was well done, fair points, makes sense, I believe you on that. But the rake thing.....stop being duplicitous.
