At the same time, I notice you created this account 11 years ago. So does this reflect a changing in your own viewpoint/attitude, either due to age or changing society, or both? Damn, I feel bad for Daniel. He and his wifey travel first class to Europe to participate in WSOPE and his wife unironically books a flight to leave early the very next day because she doesn't like the smell of smoke in the hotel. The lack of support in his personal life is no doubt holding Negreanu back from reaching his full potential. Hellmuth in comparison has had consistent support from his faithful wife of like 30 years which he notes many times in interviews has been invaluable to his success.

I support DNegs and his family but after seeing them fly first class and then get first class treatment by the casino, to see ANegs just up and leave. Seems just a little too privileged a lifestyle. Whatever happened to toughening it out?

Also I don’t agree with the trophy wife comments. I know it’s just the haters. They are 2 people who I think decided they were good enough for each other. It’s probably not true love but how many marriages are.

I’ve known marriage that were arranged. How DNegs and ANegs found each other is nowhere the worst that’s ever happen. I think they are good for each other. Hoping it last so they can prove the naysayers wrong.

- DNegs married an asian lady. Seemed to have much less chemistry than with Amanda.
- Dated Marissa. Now that looked like a trophy wife situation.

At least with ANegs, they’ve had some history and showed some chemistry in terms of same personality.

In the WSOPE vlog with the hand where a guy had turned over a card Daniel said something about "he could have a straight". In another vlog he is talking about how much a guy is folding and that the guy is playing tight. Are comments like that out of line or is it just banter? It seems like it could influence a player's decision.
