Or you’re totally wrong about ‘Danny’ getting an ‘exception’.
I don't know and haven't spoken to anyone who did that.
I suspect they lied about their residence when they filled out the form on stars by putting something other than their legal residence. I believe Danny got an exception (and not the only one) because it appears he lives in Vegas year round and stars knows this but allowed him to play there anyway, which is why he has the Canadian flag.

I did ask an announcer on PStars broadcast about it and iirc they said when Danny is not in america his residency follows him because he is canadian or something? I forget exactly.
According to PStars support they treat Americans as residents of the us if they live here under from what I can tell is the same criteria the motor vehicle bureau uses for licensing. If you are a snowbird and spend five months a year in Florida you are required to have driver's and vehcile licenses in your home state. If Florida is your home state and you travel a lot then you should have permant domicile in Florida that is year around
Are you cheating your insurance (car and health) by not abiding by their guidelines? Yes.
Are you cheating other drivers and insuree's by changing the ev (cost) of the their policies (by less than pennies usually)? Yes.
If I knew how to vpn on pstars would i play there? Yes. I am a losing player and want to play on pstars for the mix games. I play on carbbon now. But no badugi or 27 nl or llmit. Or much horse etc.
