I don't follow the cannabis industry, but did see he was getting involved, and figured his name/brand, plus the celebs he gets, would be a pretty huge boost for a weed company.
Surely he's going to corner the douchebag market, which has to bit pretty bid.
First, when he entered the industry he came off as a mega-douche by declaring he is going to be the next Pepsi or Coke of the industry. This is incredibly funny as there are thousands of brands and u cant run over the industry like he has claimed in poker.
Second at his launch party for his brand he tossed a Dope Magazine reporter out and later claimed on Twitter he was drunk.
The truth of the matter the reporter asked what he would be doing about gender equality in the industry and he got pissed. He really messed up by lying about the reporter being drunk and also bagging on Dope as a zero entity.
Dope just got sold to High Times for 11 million and even before that was considered the 2nd best publication in the industry.
The cannabis industry is not one you want to be operating in such a manner as extremely tribal. Like all sectors, there are massive scammers and **** bricks, but if you want to get ahead and be sustainable you really need to have clean business practices as success relies in partnerships and the word is getting out that Blitz is a bad operator.
While I'm not connected with Dope in Seattle, I do have my own media project out of the state of Washington and already know in 2019 Blitz's cannabis company is going to be on the end of some pretty serious backlash, grab some popcorn.

I think his flexing in an industry he has little knowledge besides actually blazing will be one of his reasons for the downfall.
Of all the states that he will fail will be Oregon, they dont play games down there and growers already have huge issues and not sure adding what he thinks he has to offer will have any chance at all.
His company is pretty serious though, positioning for an IPO in Canada, but unless there is a shadow CEO doing the heavy lifting its going to go up in flames in time.
