Dan Bilzerian is in his 40s and is way past that point in his life. Dude is worth millions and millions of dollars. He's not going to be grinding online poker lol. Most of the guys that are grinding online poker are just hoping to win a small percentage of the money Dan Bilzerian has so that they can quit the grind once and for all.

Wouldn't be unreasonable by any stretch, guy had to burn through his company Ignite's money just to keep up the whole extravagance charade.

He rents his house (for $200k/mo), and it came to light in a lawsuit last year that the company paid for all of his credit card bills.

I always assumed Blitz was full of **** about this historical massive stakes match since no one had ever heard about it or who was involved, figured it was a front to cover for actually getting money from his crook father. The least sketchy way to launder money through gambling is to actually play in the games. You just keep records like the the live regs claiming to win 15bb/hr; keep track of at least all your wins and SOME of your losses. Unless there is a legitimate explanation of how he acquired the initial bankroll and some indication he is a decent player nothing has changed IMO
