I’m surprised with several tables remaining, the floor didn’t separate a husband and wife to different tables. Maybe they wanted the TV intrigue and drama.

Pretty sure they just have to roll with whatever the random draw. There is no discretion allowed.

I thought if another player objected to husband/wife (team) at same table the floor would have discretion to move one of them. But I believe another player has to object to the floor first. And in fact I think either the husband or wife could object and ask to be separated and floor usually accommodates, although this situation generally must be a rare occurrence.

Eibinger, Holz and Mosboeck have a poker company together, work together and most probably a shared bankroll but certainly all have pieces of each other in the 1mm.

I dont see how that's any different than a couple ?

Certainly not sexist and he can ask whatever he wants but an answer of "mind your own business" is perfectly fine unless there's a rule somewhere in the casino that stuff like that has to be disclosed.

At your average (super) high roller final table there's a good chance half the players have swaps with each other and the big staking entities have pieces of multiple players at the table.

The likelihood that a married couple will soft play each other / collide is exceptionally higher than that of two people who “know each other”. That doesn’t mean that it’s not possible, nor was that anyone’s point.

Just thinking about the logistics for having that many dealers at a just before Christmas tournament. With this tight labor market seems pretty impressive that the Wynn could pull this off.
