Basically, unless you back off the earlier "poker only" gaming idea....yes, for a variety of reasons. For a nice consulting fee, I'll explain them to you in detail ...
The market in Las Vegas, not "Vegas" btw, is different than Bell Gardens, Ca.
Try looking at it this way ....
1. Do you think a tourist would pick Ted's World of Poker Hotel, which offers only poker over a casino which offers a variety of gambling ?
2. Do you think a pro would choose Ted's World of Poker Hotel,if casual player/rec tourists stay put at "Other Hotel-Casino" ?
3. What current hotels in Las Vegas actually market gambling v. the "experience" ? Binions marketed "Good Whiskey, Good Gambling" but the market has changed.

4. The expense/cost/fee for an "unlimited" Nevada license for offering poker is the same as for the whole package. (Gas stations, grocery stores, taverns havea limited restricted license for a certain number of machines.) There used to be some old licensed places still around which may have had some abilility to offer poker on some grandfathered basis, but I cannot say for sure.
