Your main idea, aside from your being an "idea man", is to build a poker themed hotel in the air, not in Las Vegas.

The website I looked at said some rooms like Ballys and MGM have $5 max rake and the poker rooms at the Orleans and Sams Town have $3 max rake. 66% higher rake is a big difference

Not sure what number of tables has to do with what I was talking about but it seems likely the fancy hotels at the corner of the Strip and Flamingo have much higher room rates than a place like the Orleans or Palace Station

Last time I played in Vegas, the poker room charged for brand name drinks. What Room doesn't charge for brand names?

Uber drivers face the same heavy traffic I do when driving, not to mention the additional cost.

There's still more traffic for most Center Strip hotels than there would be going to a place like the Lucky Dragon.

This site

says:
"MGM has been charging for parking since last summer, but it was only recently that locals began getting a bill as well. If you want to play poker somewhere like the Aria, Bellagio, MGM Grand, the Mirage or Mandalay Bay, it will cost up to $10 a day to house your car or $18 for valet."
