The current governor said before he was elected that he would have a brick and mortar gamboling bill on the table shortly after he was elected so the people could vote on it... it never happened.

I really hope this doesn't hurt the potential sale of FTP.

I believe TE said previously that KY was unsuccessful when they tried to block and seize domain names. I'm not sure what has changed, so I doubt it.

It's good to get yet another glimpse into the mentality of our opposition. As if claiming the other domains wasn't absurd enough, they also try to claim pokerstars! I guess someone should tell Kentucky that pokerstars is an international business that is actually still in operation, but I guess it would be hard to tell the governor of Kentucky that there is a world outside the christian right as I'm sure there isn't to him at least monetarily speaking anyway.
