Josem, thanks for giving it a second look.

To the thread, I'll donate $25 online for someone in Vegas to go to this Borders and find the IP. See how many networks there are, try to join as many as you can, from each one go to http://whatismyipaddress.com, and/or just log in to Stars.

You'll also probably want to take a few pictures that proves you are there, and I probably wont pay out immediately to make sure the IP address makes sense (from Josem's point of view)

I thinl he's being pedantic and pointing out that there are three laptops and the others are notepads.

edit: difficult to tell, but appears at least the 3 seat and maybe 6 seat is eliminated on the fourth visible table as well.

Cliff Notes of Photo analyis:
Three Data Cards visible
Six laptops likely present
At least two open WiFi connections from area businesses
The Picture was taken in Vegas on the 30th at 7:34 am
Four visible screens indicate they are all playing in the same DON SNG
HTC android phones take amazing pictures
You guys are seriously ate up.
Is anyone planning on stalking that Borders every morning?

I was thinking the same thing. LOL @ anyone thinking FTP or UB/AP or ANY other poker site would/could do anything more than what PS is/isn't doing.

Perhaps you guys could get more details and send it to PokerStars like the IP addresses of the wireless routers in that area. There is no way for PS to do that themselves. They could use that to isolate the players.

Can anybody recognise the tattoos?
Maybe someone in LV can print a copy of the tattoo and canvas some ink joints?

If no one can be bothered to go check the IP addresses, do you really think someone would do this?

Look, it's not the players' job to go to Vegas to investigate this ****! If Stars employees are impotent in the United States, then why can't they use a small part of the exorbitant rake that the players have paid and contract with an independent private investigator to obtain/acquire some evidence?

geez

While I agree with you in spirit, I think it fails in reality.

Actually couple of posters that live in Vegas offered Josem to help out by going to that Border's and confirm IPs or whatever is needed.
He didn't accept.

On the issue of identifying the accounts involved, I already contacted the photographer, but unfortunately, we were not able to obtain further details to help identify the players in question.

I do not think it is going to be feasible to identify the accounts in question by figuring out the time and recreating the action of the hands. Instead, I believe that the best chance of investigating further would revolve around identifying the individuals or IP addresses involved. If anyone is able to assist with this, please send me a PM or email as you see fit.

Is this a Joke? The Poker community polices itself (UB, Cake, DON Chinese players). Why would this be any different?
