we all know that 10/20 is the absolute ROCK BOTTOM.
yeah it really is, if youve won 2.5m in a tourney
Shut. The. Hell. Up. You. Idiot.
There are probably a ton of millionaires who play 10/20 or even lower. Jesus Chr*st. $2.5M pre-tax isn't the end-all, man. Grow up, loser. Get some perspective.
So I finally get bored enough to click on this post expecting some kind of Stu Ungar-esque tale of Moneymaker being found in a seedy motel room with a syringe in his arm.
And I discover he's playing 10-20 poker. Wasn't aware that qualified as rock bottom.

No thats called DEAD. not rock bottom. its a little beyond
The original poster should be embarassed by this post. First, as many other players have pointed out 10?20 in not rock bottom. Second, Chris is a member of Team Poker Stars and it is much more interesting when the Team Members play the lower limits so the average player can sit down with them. Lastly, I am always amused why people are so concerned with the bank roll of other players. Is this becuase people are jealous and someone else's failure makes them feel better about their own station in life?
I doubt it if he's broke. The guy was an accountant I believe, so he prob has some cash stashed away somewhere. And has left himself a small (compared to the other ME winners) bankroll + he has his pokerstars deal..
Don't you guys worry about Chris, he has enough to eat.. :-)
Seriously, If I won like 5 million in the main event I would barely play poker anymore and when I did just play for fun in social games. I have no problem with him playing mid-limit if thats what he enjoys.
