they cannot get away with this, I have hired local las vegas attorney Glen Learner who has taken my case.
They have Las Vegas attorneys in Atlantic City?

With a name like Lesley I'm sure he had a big chip on his shoulder in addition to his chip lead and no wonder why he's always drunk... hello? his name is lesley! I bet every shove and splash of the chips was a good ol FU to mom and dad!! LOL

I find it very funny that they wait for him to get all the way to the final table and then disqualify him. HA! I bet he thought to himself , "eh if they were really going to do something to me they would have done it already and not wait till the final table.

congratulations dude, You will go down in history as one of the biggest punchlines in poker history...besides hellmuth and matusow of course.

I can see it now, young players years from now will be saying "wow that was a wicked lesley you just pulled off!" when someone acts like a moron and then donks off all his chips .... (sounds kind of like a maneuver one of those " X - Game" kids would do in their wacky extreme sports..

granted lesley technically did not donk off all of his chips but if you think about it for a second you realize... oh yeah he donked them off in a whole new and spectacular way!

Totally agree. Remove him from play, but unless he did something to cheat you have to leave his chips in play. Give him a 48 hr penalty or whatever, and escort him off the premises.

Totally stripping his equity was over the top.

Or maybe the guy should be responsible for his own actions?

I've played with that guy in Richmond at a home/underground game a couple of times. I think he is a regular there. Both times I played with him, he was a normal spewy guy. He was polite and relatively quiet. I'm guessing AC = bender to him and he went totally out of control. I'm surprised he plays many circuit events, he seemed like a regular working guy who just played for fun to me.
