Chino Rheem SCUM part two (more scams) - Page 32 - Poker News

Was told there was a line at cashier and quite a few names were waiting to get paid quite a few never mentioned here and I am not going to post their names obv they can do it themselves. Was told that he legitimately almost paid out full...just too many debts nothing left and pretty much most were paid about 10-20% if owed 40-50k u got 6k. One bad ass pro well liked u wouldnt want to f with threatened him there and he got 35k(no idea if this was in full).
Hopefully people have learned a lesson from all this and same holds true for Chino who his friends adore but have no control over

whos the bad ass pro?

Not sure I understand this. Aren't they more likely to sue for a debt, based on a verbal contract, rather than fraud? And even if it was the former, I don't see how accepting part payment of a debt (in the absence of an agreement that it is in full and final settlement) excludes you from exercising your rights to recover the remainder.

If anything, I would have thought the fact Chino made a payment would serve as an acknowledgment by him of his indebtedness.

Chino owes me 50 grand on a prop bet for the wsop bracelet race and that ****er wont pay me........Lets just say i have a wpt title and a reputable to uphold and i dont want to be dragged into this mess....i dont even count floating him a couple grand one night for an ounce of blow he so badly wanted to get when he was partying with the royal flush girls after the wpt venetian!! I'm not being racist, but it seems to me that Chino is choosing his prey wisely by going after nerdy/soft looking white poker players because he knows the odds of them doing anything to him are low. I can guarantee you that he doesn't go after any black poker players, because he knows what would happen even if the black person looked soft. You can always be sure the black guy has friends that will take care of the situation physically.
