made 2 threads outting micro nl & plo bots and sent them to security months ago, but it appears that other people who have had no interaction with WPN are getting refunds too

NOT jumping the gun here as I’m sure not all refunds were distributed at once but...

If they aren’t saying which players were the cheaters, how do players know if they are due a refund? I haven’t received anything yet and I put in a LOT of volume at PLO50-200 last year.

Again, this is not a “wtf where’s my refundddddzzzz” but rather a question about how these things have worked previously on other sites.

They responded (almost immediately) to my email asking about refunds so I’ll post this or everyone else in my boat.

Our Security & Fraud Department is constantly monitoring game play and there are cases where refunds are triggered, there are cases where they are not.

We also take player reports very seriously and again some might not involve a refund.

If you have not received an email from our team then your account has not been affected by breach of Terms and Conditions.

Joey said that they're doing NLHE and PLO refunds right now, and that they'll do tournaments after that.

I didn't get a refund email but I got a "we miss you, here's $25" email.

They should refund me hundreds of dollars from all the hyper hu sngs I used to play against all the Russian bots

So ACR ban a few bots and redistibute a few balances.. Still absolutely no transparancy..

In before the ACR rep announces they have solved the botting problem until the next thread about bots on ACR appears..

This. I just made a couple of posts about this in the ATF's thread. And the mod's and others are claiming that this, which is by far the most important issue, does not matter. It's absolutely insane.

All Businesses, even really reputables ones, are generally ran by people with **** all clue about anything except making more $. If a company like Volkswagen can scam the entire world and get away with a relatively small fine and just carry on as normal what the f*** do you all think is possible for a company like ACR.
