Technically WPN is owned by Yatahay Ltd.

The only name I've found associated with them is Richard Newman, with Howard & Howard Attorneys out of Las Vegas.

As far as I can tell Winning is the only holding Yatahay has.

I believe that WPN had a former CEO who was an attorney who was big into crypto at one point.

But the structure of the business is about as transparent as a rock.

It is a perfect ****storm.

Too many skins with to many players on hidden vpn’s, too long ridiculous late registration, propping up too many tourneys that could never cover the guarantees if only honest players participated.

The guy "FindTheTruth" that has those two monitors hasn't played since 2/12 the same day 44bars & xxblackjackxx last played. Seems kinda odd they would both stop playing on the same day.

Fwiw, he was playing 2 accounts at the same time and was not in the same MTTs at all from what I could find, but that doesn't mean it is ok to clearly break the rules and if it's that easy to do and no one cares, it makes it just as easy for someone that does break the rules to do it. Outside of playing 2 accounts I have never seen anything shady from the guy being mentioned, he's a long time reg.

The late crashing colluders can be dealt with very easily by removing the potential to seat and stay together. I do believe that WPN is concerned with this and the fix should be easy to do. The problem is, if something this blatant and egregious takes place and it is not fixed by them, how can anyone believe for a second that the more difficult/troublesome issues are considered at all?

PokerStars (before Black Friday) did exactly that. The problem with Chinese players colluding in Double or Nothing Tournaments was so bad that they decided to allow only one Chinese account at each table.
