Chicago Joey accuses WPN (ACR) of massive botting and cheating, beware? - Page 29 - Poker News

Same happened to me for almost 10k. Exact scenario I came back after a year to grind on acr when i was on vacation, I could not login, so i reached out to support who told me my email didnt exist. With some back and forth it turns out my email was completely misspelled and instead teflonblast@yahoo.com it was telflelfonblast@yahoo.com. I never made this email change, or recieved any emails from my real email saying that i was approved of any form of email change. The money from my account was withdrawn via bitcoin (my account didnt have enough rake paid to even withdraw regularly at the moment. thats why i left the money on, because btc withdrawel wasnt available yet)

I called them and they instantly froze my account and accused me of having a partner and doing this on my own to scam them. After a few follow ups i just gave up and told my close poker friends never to use acr. I didnt knwo what to do at the time. I thought maybe i was hacked, but i had no other breaches in anything other than acr. And given their track record lately Im pretty sure they stole my money.

Edit- the timeframe is exactly the same as well. When i used to login they had a username login where you used your screen name. At the time of me losing my money it was changed to an email login only. Which was a weird update given that i was never notified of that by email either.

Yeah I believe if I remember correctly it happend the exact same way where they changed login from username to completly random email. I don't have any chat logs as it was support with their chat. I just kept calling and threatening to go public and they eventually caved. I also didnt generate enough rake for bitcoin withdraw so thats prob why I left it in there for so long.

I've been keeping track of who plays overnight and there have always been games running at every stake for PLO.

Tonight

The 10plo bots aren't playing - one 10plo table w/ no eastern euros. No eastern euros at any of the lower games either (only 2 tables)
No 25plo 6m tables
1 50plo 6m table
A few 100plo 6m tables w/ what I would consider suspicious accounts
1 200plo table
1 400plo table

I can't remember the last time I saw this amount of action at midstakes during this time, def not anytime recently.

Yeah, I noticed a few but wasn't totally sure if they were bots or not. I also have seen 2 players that sit next to each other on multiple tables from the same area and pretty much don't play back at each other even with big hands...pretty meh but it is what it is.

I witnessed obvious cheating in a $30 hyper 6 max SNG I was playing in yesterday. I play on Pokerhost. I sent the info to ACR and to Pokerhost.

Pokerhost responded quickly asking for more info, the hand number, etc, and said they'd research it right away.

ACR did not respond at all.

Watch CLC fold to poker415 here for 15 chips.
We ended up getting 3 handed and big surprise, they squeezed me out. They did shady **** the ENTIRE tournament.
