Cheating on Pokerstars US? Cheating on Pokerstars US?

Listen I know, not every site has cheaters or bots, but this player is very questionable. I dont know how someone could run so good in their first 4 games.

I know PokerStars has by far the best security of any site, but this raises some suspicion for me after the GG user moneytaker as well as the whole ACR bots raking in millions. Kinda wanted to see if anyone is looking out for anything shady, 1 tourney played in a 1000 person field and a pure win...

I've seen alot of new players recently and i am sure its because of the whole ACR and unregulated market scene. I've never once thought the regulated sites are rigged in any form. I'm a slight winning player online but I dont want to be playing against bots or superusers on regulated sites, I wont be able to compete with a bot lol.

This is PokerStars US (Mi-NJ) by the way

zzz. with such a lol sample you need some incredibly damning hand histories for this accusation to have any merit.

God I hope my state let's pokerstars in.

Poker variance is insane, dude. These results don't seem crazy at all to me. Anything can happen in 4 tournaments.

Its great having fenced in sites. The pool is fairly soft, usually good promotions and the schedule isnt too bad. Just need to hope your state joins MSIGA. I know PA is a separate site cause they havnt merged with us yet.

Yeah, just very weird. I watched them for about an hour last night and they would timeout almost every other hand. Im just going to keep following them. If its simply variance I need what they've got.

4 game sample size is worthless. Keep gathering evidence you're gonna need more then results. Gonna a need good size sample of hand histories+ results.

Cheers!!!

I've seen way weirder. Just a couple months ago I saw one person final table 4/10 hyper series events. Anything can happen.

Also, remember that often pros create new accounts to play under the radar. MI/NJ player pool is quite small so the regs will be battling all the time and I believe this to be some sort of strategy.

I would assume that EVERY site has cheaters and bots. It would actually incredible if one doesn't

Even if its Bot/RTA user this is explained by variance. Most bots and **** players trying to use RTA will be less EV than a top reg with notes. Neither can get this sort of run without variance luck. OP is alleging super using or doesnt understand variance.

This would be possible but im pretty sure you have to go through a KYC before you can even put money on. I dont remember when I did it but I suppose they could use a family members or friends information and screw them with the taxes.

Agreed.

Generally speaking, we need a substantial amount of proof / sample size for any cheating allegations. This thread isn't anywhere close to meeting that threshold. Sorry. Please report back if it still looks the same after 40 tournaments instead of 4.
