As I stated in my last post, i am at fault, because I should have never offered up a prize that we did not physically have, I should have only let the winners choose from the 7 concerts that were readily available at that time. After we did not receive the other 3 concert tickets from them we tried to get the situation fixed with Live Nation, but it took a long time. I am not trying to make enemies with you, and I am very sorry for the situation this has caused. I've stated it time after time, that we will fix this situation for you, and I understand that you feel you have to see it to believe it, but it will be corrected. If it can in any way help with the problem, I will even offer to let you play in a weekend event of your choosing for free in the future. I hope you understand that I want to resolve your situation and make you feel better about this organization and I hope that in the future it can lead to you posting good things about the events like many of the players that we currently have do.
If you only said this in your original response I'm sure most everyone would have been much more understanding, maybe even Shaun.
I hope you've learned something from this Jack and realize we as poker players don't appreciate being jerked around.
That being said, I feel bad that if and fact your organization is truly doing some good things for cancer victims that we all get past this and you can gain a positive image in the community.
P.S. Tell your lil dweeb friend, that was chiming in, he did nothing but inflame the situation with his dumb remarks.
