Upon stumbling across this thread in the first few days, I subscribed to it. Within the first week I was reading the op which was being updated with new links daily. I did not click the links but copy pasted the ucare www's as well as your company into google.

The second google hit for your T-Shirt Company was a filing for LLC by a lawyer with a request to backdate to 2009, It was dated about dec 6th to the 10th of December 2011 or a few days after this thread started.

Your site links were updated to add the LLC within days.

If you have proof otherwise, pm it to the mod and I will retract once informed.

the statement "you can't prove a negative" isn't exactly true, but it seems applicable in this context.

blkjakshelak - can you prove that you did not file for LLC for a tshirt company with a lawyer with a request to backdate to 2009, dated the second week of december 2 years ago?

RollWave: Unfortunately for you and your friend Jeff, I don't have to prove that as this thread is not about me and my business associates.

I have been incorporated as a business for over 25 years with 12,000 clients. Some of those clients did change to Limited Liability Companies since the first time we did business together. Most are lawyers and accountants. T-Shirt companies are not in that list.

What exactly could a t-shirt company be sued for?

The fact paid someone to file it a few days after the scam was outed and this thread started speaks loudly of guilt in my eyes.

The actual pictures I saw of the ucare shirts lead me to believe they cost $2 each or so and jeff got close to 50K for 1 year I think. Either jacks 990's are 1/5th of what he really collected or jeff charged 5 times the going rate. The real answer is probably somewhere in between.
