They're not rogue yet, if you e-mail them, they'll e-mail you back and say they are planning to pay you soon, just hold on.

Pokerscout shows a 7 day average of 11 (eleven!!) players, is this site even running? Are PS numbers totally wrong? This number can't be right for an active site!

Here's a response I got from the rep at the KGC when I asked her what the hell is going on with the Blanca liquidation, etc. Nothing really new here except she at least claims that the KGC's lawyers and Blanca's lawyers are in daily contact, so at least it's not "game over" yet, according to her. FWIW, I also sent an email to UB support and got a response in like an hour. It was just some BS copy and paste response that has already been posted in this thread, but apparently there is still at least one live human being left at UB. It's not like this news is encouraging in any regard, but at least people claim that negotiations are going on.

Doesn't AP/UB have until like Jan.2 or 3 to respond to the DOJ? Is this when we can possibly expect to hear something? I tried asking the KGC rep these questions, but she's not too good at answering specific questions. Feel free to bombard the KGC with calls and emails.

Dear xxxxxx,

I apologise, but there is no more information available to us at this time. Everything I write is always in my own words. I assure you the Chairman and legal Counsel of the Commission are in daily contact with Blanca's lawyers. Additionally I participate in regular conference calls with Blanca Management. As soon as there are any meaningful updates they will be published. Feel free to contact us at any time, but please don't expect any more information until the Commission has it.

Regards

Micki

I do think that the DoJ wanted to make sure they got at least one person from AP to plead guilty in this case in order to strike some sort of deal with the company. That is how the legal system works the majority of the time. Someone has to take the fall, and then deals can be struck. I am hoping since we heard 2 months ago that a potential repayment system was close to being finalized, and now with the DoJ getting what they wanted in Beckley pleading guilty, that we can finally hear something about our player balances.
