Has anyone tried to open a new account at UB? Everytime I try, the email doesn't have a verification code and the link in the email tells me that the email addy is already verified but I still can't bypass the verification screen?

There is so much gray area considering this. Quite frankly we don't know if the old owners started a new company and bought themselves. But for ppl to think that 100% there are new owners is laughable.

That being said UB will be my last resort to fill my monitor for mtts, I don't trust them to keep a large part of my roll or to play high limit cash games but I do like to have more mtts available to me.

on second thought i agree with you guys UB is rigged and i think all of 2p2 should band together and boycott them.

There is a link within the email to click to verify it, even with the missing auth code.

Talked with live support and they said to download the play money software from the .net domain, install and login using the info you had registered with. Then close that software and open the original real money software from the .com and login. That should work they say.

Super weird and didn't work for me. They then told me to email support with screenshots of the situation for more help.

I switched from the "classic view" to the "top view" (which I think is based on AP's software but I can't seem to find a 'get chips' button to increase my chip stack. Do they really not have this button when using top view? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

Also, is it still safe to say HEM hasn't come out with an update yet so hands can be imported?

I think you have to go to the Options menu at the top and buy more chips or something like that. Super pain in the ass so it easiest to just stick with the classic view.

Lots of people have got HEM already importing the hands fine with the catch that they now import as absolute hands, so you will have to add your 'new' capitalized absolute screename to your aliases. You have to add the directory C:\Poker Application\Ultimate Bet\Hand Histories to HEM. For me this works fine and the HUD shows stats etc.

It has also been pointed out that if you already own IdleMiner for absolute you can now use that to mine UB.

not sure what y'all complaining about, I downloaded the UB software not CERIUS and it's the same old everything

i'm still amazed people willingly play on UB when they stole millions off of their players before.

Why keep the crappy AP software exactly like it was? i was expecting a whole new platform. Even if they didnt create new software i would have preferred UB. I havent played on UB in probably at least 2 years, but i recall them having some odd games no other sites had like crazy pineapple and a-5 lowball. As far as i can tell Cereus is 100% AP software.

I strongly suspect they rushed this out the door to make some kind of pathetic attempt to distance themselves from the cheating scandal, in light of the upcoming 60 minutes story.

Apparently they used the AP software cause it was a lot easier to manage from a backend perspective. It sucks ass though, Ill miss UB's software. I do like the new HH option though, and I was told they're gonna add a timebank as well but I dont know when

However.. I really don't care for what happened in the past.. That HIT they received.. has really put them on the right track and make them get better and better everyday.. :P

Based on what I have seen over the last few months and after hundreds of emails I have sent to them in order to get updates on everything.. I realized that they have worked really hard in order to give us a really nice platform, exceptional customer service and the best Security levels..

Now that they are on the eyes of everyone for what occurred in the past.. They are now putting all their stuff together.. so for me, this is a positive thing..

I have been playing for a while on PS and FTP; however, I don't feel like they really care for me as a player.. Sometimes I feel that I am just another number for them and after all the responses I have received from their support staff which sometimes tend to be rude or even the fact that they dont really read them.. Makes me wonder.. If I still want to be with them..

Right now.. And with this new platform.. I have deposited just to give them a try once again and after all the new coll stuff I saw and that they now offer.. I really think I'll start playing back with them and focus all my money on their site... Specially since it is now bigger and I make money really easy in there..

Actually.. I was kicking some fish's @$$e$ today on some of their Bad Beat Jackpot Tables (since the POT was really huge) and after catching on the river a full house that made me take all the money from a fish that called with a straight draw (loser).. I realized that the Jackpot was hit an scored me and extra $446.95 just by playing the same limit that the winner of the JAckpot was playing..

After this.. I immediately requested a cashout and guess what?!.. A couple of hours later they sent me the information of it so I can pick it up today!! YEAH!! Now with this money I’ll order some cool stuff at Amazon today..

I was amazed by the service I received.. And this is something that shows how they have improved their company a lot and for me..

Right now.. I am really happy with them.. And I don’t know why everyone still complains about them (haters suck).. But for me this new changes and service really makes me feel like Royalty and I will invest every cent that I have on their site.. Just for the simple reason that I am really making a profit there and I receive the attention that I deserve..
