Yes, that's true. I myself was the the ranked no.1 nascar driver in 2008 after swallowing a bag of mushrooms.

No, you weren't. And I can say that with certainty because NASCAR is a privately owned company that sanctions and operates races. They have their own rankings/standings and if you want to use rankings from a third party, you have to include them when claiming your rating. For example, you could be the #1 driver based on ESPN's power rankings if they existed.

There's no international poker governing body or anything similar to that. There's some specific tournament rankings, but that's pretty meaningless.
You can claim to be a poker world champion after winning the WSOP Main Event or after winning your local bar league. If I want to make my own poker rankings and put you #1 male and Cate Hall #1 female, that's perfectly fine.

Cate contacted me and discussed a resolution a while ago. We decided on a buyout number. She has made a payment on the number. I told her no rush.

I consider our disagreement resolved as long as she will pay the rest of her buyout amount.
