Ok, not really.

But you were all great regardless. Now I get to pursue my true dream job of editing lesbian porn. I hear the pay isn't all that good. But sometimes, it just isn't about the money.

With that, I'll leave you with an oldie, but a goodie.

Yeah, I'd like to watch some old jungleman or the v 1st Galfond training vid.

OP press release mentioned transferring library to youtube.

I remember chatting with Taylor Caby and Brian Townsend. They were great at interacting with lesser members, even insignificant members, which I definitely was. I also remember joking with Fiery Justice about why most members didn't realize that he was the 2 time WPT champion, and probably literally the most successful player on the site. He joked that he had wondered the same thing.

Great site, and great memories. Poker and the Internet are brutal with even solid ideas. The site is entirely gone now. All the blogs incinerated. Now it's an ad-board for Pokertracker and Investment software. It reminds me of the end of Goodfellas when he says he used to eat spaghetti and meatballs, and now all he gets is noodles and ketchup. Sad.

A Green Plastic Watering Can
For a Fake Chinese Rubber Plant
In a Fake Plastic Earth
This is a lyric from an old Radiohead song, and also the most likely inspiration for Taylor Caby's Full Tilt Poker handle: Green Plastic

The source of this lyric comes from the second line - "For a Fake Chinese Rubber Plant". I can only surmise that this is a direct reference to Robert Plant, Led Zeppelin's front-man.

The green plastic could refer to Jimmy Page's Guitar, or any number of convenient metaphor. I believe it refers to a microphone, the tool most used by Mr. Plant, and also the lyricist of the song.

The Fake Plastic Earth is literal. In The Bends, Thom recites that he wishes it was the 60's. I think he chose this time because Led Zeppelin was not yet in their final form, both LZ and Radiohead being from England, it's only fair to say he wishes he could've been their contemporary.

I'm pretty sure he just returned a bunch of Sprite/7 Up bottles and used the deposit refunds for his roll.

GG. Taylor was always a class act with me, even putting up with how difficult I was at the age I worked with CR. I hope he and others got what they wanted out of the company.

Who's to say that's the word that elicited the response? Perhaps "basement" might have hit closer to home. Literally.
