This is really becomming a bad joke. They give the same generic answers to everyone. I requested a check on 4/10, they said it was processed & shipped on 4/12, now they tell me it was processed on 4/15 which means I wont be seeing that check anytime soon if ever, along with my other one. 3k down the drain by the way its looking, which is ALOT of money to me!

Really shady that Cereus didn't accept the terms of the goverment to pay out its customers. We might have to start a man hunt here soon, track these bastards down ourselfs and ring their necks. No statment, no email, no goverment agreed terms.

Just had a payout for $1350 that was listed as "Processed" on the 15th sent back to my player account -_- . My other payout of around $4250 was made on Saturday and is still listed as "pending". Sigh

Don't listen to all the BS and haters. I just received my AP payout today it was a 4 figure number. I cashed out on saturday.. so a day after black friday and received the funds today, wednesday. I'm Canadian.

I had one that was "processed" on the same day as yours. Went to check my balance to see if the same thing happened and it has.

Wish a resolution would be found. I want to play but can't bring myself to do so until I know I can cash out.

Requested a payout on April 14th, still on Authorized. I'm a U.S. player. I better get my money.

The thing that is worrisome is that Pokerstars and Full Tilt agreed to terms with the government and are now allowed to pay out to US customers. The government is saying that Absolute/UB have the same offer on the table, but apparently has not accepted it.

That suggests that they either have no intention of paying the money out, don't have the money because it was not in segregated accounts, or they are considering trying to find another way to pay so they can stay open.

I seriously doubt it's the 3rd option because if they even try that, the government is going to be all over them like white on rice.

At this point, I would say the probability that any US based customers getting their money back is close to zero.

Does anyone know the actual distribution of customers inside and outside the US for each of the 3 sites?

If it's true that Absolute/UB is almost entirely US based, then it's pretty obvious why they are resisting any agreement with the government. Their survival as a going concern is at risk.

Quite honestly, I couldn't give a rats ass what they choose to do as long as I eventually get the money. I don't mind waiting longer than customers of FT and PS. I just want an assurance that the money is in a segregated account and they are looking for a way to pay it out.

Requested a payout on Sunday of last week that went to 'submitted' for the first time that then was rejected. Assured by live support that a new cashout would process, and after 48 hours is still 'requested.'

Spoke to live support ten minutes ago:

Talk about a runaround! I knew the risks and played there anyway, so whatever. I made a ton on soft games the last couple years, it was worth it.

FWIW I always thought their site was shady as hell, and continued to be cheaters post 2008.

I'll be suprised if I ever see the money. But you never know.

Sebok started as a player rep, but he has described his role as expanding to include marketing and development. There are unsubstantiated reports he earns $30k/mo though I've never seen it proven. He was definitely the company contractor who leaked internal player account data about cheating accounts.
