I find it odd that there's been no leaks in the cereus situation. If they were planning to run, wouldn't some ex-employee leak something. I guess we'll know very soon.

From the mails we got from support we can get some of their real names. Not the 'Lola, Dave or Liz fake ones, but the real names, mainly spanish sounding names of course, you can find if they reply or forward their mails. We should be able to find a Facebook account or something?

email from KGC: I asked them a lot of questions regarding legal stuff. They sent me an email that they are going to answer my questions a few days ago today I responded and got an answer immediately. During the last couple of months I talked a lot with Micki. This time I sent a letter from several players and asked them for more information and they have forwarded it to the Chariman , who for sure, has more information since they do have direct contact to Cereus. I saw it as only way since we guys cant even contact support.

"I passed your questions to the Chairman of the Commission and legal counsel to answer- you will receive answers, I am sorry it has taken longer than expected. In the meantime I am pleased to advise you the legal negotiations are nearing completion, we expect to provide a formal advisory very shortly, as always player balances are the Commission's highest priority.
The KGC will post advisories on www.gamingcommission.ca as information becomes available for public release."

I dont know where this is headed but I think we will all know more after the 31st.

funny how ive been talking to micki for months as well and just a few days ago he said he had no news and not to email him again and he would email me with any news that does come along

I have been speaking with Micki as well, on the phone too (Micki is actually a female) She has sent me the exact same email, and said the same thing on the phone (solution in next couple of days)

The thing is there was a change in policy. Because they were paying out players to some extend and they were also answering emails but that stopped. Therefor it is obvious there must be new news. I kinda held that against her(I think micki is female).

At first it might seem like a standard response but I actually think its a good think my email will get answered from the chairman, who should be in direct contact with blanca games and therefor should now anything.

FYI : I asked them a couple of questions regarding the financial situation, asking them for names, asking them about their responsibility in case of a "hit and run" and some other stuff.

Edit: it just ended up doing nothing/freezing sp I closed it. Once I re'opened AP, no update window popped up.

It would be nice if they said, "The KGC has continued to work tirelessly to get the players' balances paid in FULL."

On the plus side, the KGC site has added a few things since yesterday. Nothing of any substance though.

Does anyone have the numbers for how much money UB has and how much it owes? For example, FTP owed $330M but only had $60M.

No one knows 4 sure but I think the news was that they owed 55Mill but that they only had 6Mill liquid( I think it was the amount they owed to players). However the source was not so great.

The source was the CFO, so probably greater than you give credit for.
