Gui Gui has stated in the threads that one of his contacts who was a former UB employee who now works for a different site saw the owners of that site have a meeting with the UB owners, so obviously they have been trying to strike a deal with someone.

Just wanted to drop a line and say that I have written a letter and I have sent it to OMGmileyCyrus and he will hopefully forward it to the UB upper management. Basically I am asking for a new additional cashout system.
I am not sure if It will accomplish anything at all but writing a letter is better than doing nothing.

Hi guys, i havent really kept up with this thread... but from what i understand, and from the people i've spoken to (some lawyers and nosebleed players) we all feel cereus is dead.

there are a few people who claim to keep receiving weekly/bi-weekly $250 from UB via instadebit, which i find very strange, but i dont think anyone is going to see any of their money anytime soon.

With UB/AP being an antiguan based company how does anyone see them being able to fight the US government?

Does anyone really think antigua has anything? they're such a small country they have nothing to offer.. this case is not easy to settle obviously, but i feel that the US government is holding all the cards so to speak.. and with the gov't of america not even caring what the ppl think theres just no chance this gets resolved

I'm not exactly sure but I have gotten out about 4500 (between 4-5) from both ub/ap accounts i think and i haven't played since 2 weeks after april 15th, have absolutely no affiliation with ub/ap whatsoever, etc. I suspect it has more to do with withdrawal options than anything. <10% of the money i have on there tho but still 4500 more than i ever expected to see

edit: just checked and it is actually 4250*

it was supposed to be about having the regs/ large balance holders agreeing to pay an equal amount of rake in return for cashing out if the company gets bought out.

It's in the letter as well.

Has anyone noticed that pokerscout is counting UB/AP again the numbers has been 95 and 48 like for 2 months now i look today and its 43 and 21 wonder what thats all about? all of a sudden they make it lower???
