Well UB won't just give the software and player pool away. Although if there's no light at the end of the tunnel I'm sure they will look into the best exit strategy which could include a non-US player base xfer (and ideally for them a software+other assets package deal included to make real $). Doubt there's a serious buyer for all of those things combined tho.
As for the advertising it's not a terrible idea. Ideally the best way would be to actually play but we know that's not gonna happen
. UB sitout fests, forum post/website etc.. could be fun to try
