Can we discuss Cereus specifically? Can we discuss Cereus specifically?

people receiving money from UB/AP, how are you receiving it, like which method of cashout are you using. The only cashout option available to me is UKash. Have people been receiving cashouts on UKash?

I dont understand how if you play they pay. Without new deposits how do you get paid through playing. Even if they do rake in whatever % every hand. The money isnt there to back it up so how does rake make anything different. Arent they raking fake dollars?

IF I were UB/AP... I'd set up a few paypal, moneybookers, poker stars, carbon, etc acct and start buying up the liabilities at .15 cent on the dollar (thats the going rate?)..hell of a deal..unless someone could come up with a .00 cents on the dollar plan... arg!

Lol at people thinking ub will just die. FFs they had a cheating scandal where the owners rigged software and still 3 rd largest site and recovered. It's gonna take time but as traffic slowly increases and more of the right people get wind of the confiscated money by doj is actually us citizens money and playing poker online is not illegal so yeah eventually in due time I think we will all get our money. .15 on dollar is a joke. For basically a loan now I can understand charging higher vig then banks do but anything over 30 percent vig is absurd.

Now full tilt I think is doomed They have 0 chance collecting on any of the deposits post bf something like 140 million lost. It's a shame really cause some crooked employees and family prob made out like bandits they basically created a system to loot the company for everything. Such a huge cash cow they had. Too bad they were not very fierce in weeding out corrupt employees cause let's be honest here. 0chance that employees and low level mid level management was not aware of the deposit mess and it could of been easily nipped in the but. But why do that when they have a way to loot the company. I don't think the higher management/owners/shareholders knew what was going on cause why kill a cash cow. Now FTP original pros who have made a killing should have to return every penny they made or face percecution.

You say FTP is doomed based on the numbers they have released. As far as I've seen Cereus hasn't released any numbers about what they have and what their total obligations are. Without those numbers how can you be so sure that we'll actually get paid?

I'm European and I have a 500$ cashout request on AP, done on May 18th, still not processed.
I cashout on Neteller...

I see a lot of guys on this topic claiming their request are processed... Any idea ? Do you think it's better to cancel this request on try a new one ?

I have the same: cashout may 28th, $500 to neteller, still not processed. Did anyone get a payout to neteller lately?

Is Moneybookers a cashout option again? cant see it, because i have to cancel my payout to neteller to see that.

Neteller payouts are very, very slow. If I were you , I would cancel my Net payout requests and try another method. Mb is still an option for me.

I mean, neither is a great situation, but I think I'd rather be in bed with FTP. At least their product and brand is worth something. It's possible they could get a buyer and pay off a % of what they owe.

AP/UB would need the DOJ to release what they seized or a big influx of players willing to wait 6 weeks for 250 dollar cashouts to ever be able to start paying back what they owe.

Both are long shots but FTP is the lesser of two evils.

agreed

and the fact that UB is still in business atm could very well indicate that DOJ did in fact seize a lot of funds. Unless the software platform is not costing them much to operate and the higher ups are taking a huge pay cut money is being lost atm and so why keep operating with presumably no light at the end of the tunnel?

If I were them I would be very very interested to see how the FTP situation plays out and what kind of treatment the DOJ will hand out to help/not help get a resolution.

Oh yeah b/c waiting for 6 weeks for a statement- which only tells you when the "real" statement z gonna come out- is much better...

And yeah FTP had 4 months to find an investor.. srsly, even the lawyer who represented them asked for withdrawl from the case..

AP+FTP merge onetime

Received both UB and AP 250/250 the other day. I had to wait for like 6 weeks , before that I was getting my payouts through a lot faster but its still a good sign they are still around.
09-04-2011 , 06:59 PM
been a few weeks and still haven't gotten a response from support

how long is it taking everyone else?
09-04-2011 , 08:14 PM
Bozalan, Where are you from and have you been playing on the site lately? The word is that if you have put in hands on the site they are more likely to expedite cash outs

Has anyone been getting cashouts via Neteller recently?

It seems like they're being processed much slower than anywhere else =/
