Dutch didn't really do anything wrong. The domain expired and he bought it. Steve should feel lucky that someone he knows has it and is offering it back very cheap.

If Pokerfolio.com really is Steve's livelihood, it's amazing how one single line on a forum could potentially destroy that livelihood.
