This is not idle gossip.
Your definition and my definition of cheating differ. Thusly our opinion on whether or not this is idle gossip differs as well. I'm not saying I would make the same choices BH did, I just don't think its as egregious as other errors in judgement others have made. And I think a lot of people who aren't effected by this (or won't be as lets be real, this is a non-story outside the poker community) are rallying with pitchforks at the ready.

See above....and as for whether or not I'm successful. I'm on a journey, and am a poker player. I love this game, its truly fascinating and tests me on every level every day. I never said anything about agreeing with how he's handling it, or to "stop because it's bad for business", I was trying to appeal to sensibility, and you obviously disagree with my opinion. No worries.

You really seem like the kind of guy who said things like "I'll be your boss one day you stupid jock" in highschool, and now you're on the power trip of your life because Jimmy from the football team works at the used-car dealership you 'manage'.
Ugh...gossips? well if "everyone does it", then it can't be that bad right? Bullies? I think bullies are terrible people. The person you describe (the boss at the dealership) in your 2nd paragraph is a bully IMO, and I would hope those that know me would never consider me a bully. As far as scamming substantial money its another disagreement on the meaning of the word "scam". Do I believe buying the hand histories to train to beat isildur, or the Noel Hayes/BNB MA was ethical? Maybe not, but I don't see it as a level 10 offense worthy of 2263 posts basically saying the same 4 or 5 character bashing things in different ways.
With my post, I was trying to appeal to a perspective that I have. And I realize I probably wasn't as clear as I should have been, as it could be construed as being an apologist, which I am not. Apparently those who responded or disagreed and moved on don't share my opinion or view on this situation. Which is completely fine to disagree. If everyone agreed on everything, life would be pretty boring.
Anyone got any fun ideas for an avatar? I need a new one.
