I wounder if he intentionally busts himself out pre 9 because he is all for the love of the game and him not making nov9 would be the best option for the game that he supposedly loves so much. Otherwise his whole profile will be around the Noel-thing and commentators will probably never stop making "alright Noel" jokes nor would his opponents. It will be overall really bad for poker. Surely the "best for the game" wouldve been never him being outed according to Hastings but now it happened so lets see if he still is the selfsacrificing son of god?

Will Hastings stand up for his beliefs and take one for the team?

I'm sure its been posted already in this massive thread, but I wonder if any of this would have happened if Hastings had an awful summer. I just think its funny that these guys didn't come out with this info immediately if they felt it was such a big deal. I'd be pretty surprised if Bakes and others don't know a few other guys playing from the US under a different username.

It's clear a lot of the high stakes guys are jealous of Hastings' success/confidence IMO

It's weird that all the VPN'ers/MA'ers keep pointing towards Bakes being jealous. It's as if it's the only way they can justify to themselves they're not doing anything wrong.

ETA: Bakes outed NoelHayes months ago on twitter, the only reason it blew up was because Brian became popular/relevant. You really find it hard to believe that Bakes would get really pissed by seeing those Stinger tweets knowing he had recently MA'd him in a big final table he was at? Claiming jealousy is just so inane and pathetic

10 percent the success, 10 percent r/fatpeoplehate getting shut down, 25 percent the crime, 55 percent most tilting social media persona in all of poker

and GTFO with MA'ng being common/standard. BF was tough for everyone, probably moreso for others than the guy who, yanno, cheated to win 4 million. i run into people every day in vegas who still take a deep sigh when talking about it.
