Recently NoelHayes account played against likes of Ivey and Isil. This is pretty scummy, especially since Hasting has a history with Viktor. Assuming viktor didn't know it was Brian that is twice he has deceived Viktor. Also Ivey is always out of loop so he prob didn't know it was Brian either. Again, assuming these allegations are true.

still feels scummy to me when brian has been playing on a dif name. if he played on his real name and i saw him playing everyday during scoop, i am not sure if i make the bet (he did lay odds, so i might have bet regardless). but my horse would surely have been playing with him some and known if the price was right/good to bet on. brian has a ton more info then me (in terms of how good my horse plays etc) and my horse has no way to know how brian plays. i know i know, maybe i got hustled? but again, feels scummy when brian uses a dif name and i have no way of knowing.

he did say in Joey's podcast he was working on his game (followed by him and Joey sharing a laugh that seemed like an inside joke) which at least is sort of a public admission to anyone booking bracelet bets he has been playing these games. imo maybe a slight hustle, but not all that scummy for bracelet bets. bakes obv has a fairly significant gripe, as does anyone else who unknowingly faced him on pokerstars.

I think what broke bluffer meant was that if you have to deal with Joey in any way, you can ask him that personally and make your own decision going forward on whether to conduct business with him in whatever shape or form. Yes, the connection to Stinger is weird to say the least, but the evidence is overwhelming. Someone mentioned the name "Mark Davis" earlier ITT (post #23) as a possible middle man.
