he still hasn't apologised to the right people, and only admitted it after he was outed. you've been itt from day 1 and seen posts from berri sweet etc and his tweets yesterday. no matter what he said to you in pm it can't excuse that behaviour.

Totally agree. But he easily could have just ignored all of this and taken the easy way out. But he didn't, he sacked up and admitted he ****ed up, said he wasn't going to do it again and offered money back to people that thought they were cheated.

That's far from the worst way to handle this situation from teh post I quoted.

Nevermind.

The more I read this thread the more I realize that Brian keeps wanting to reinforce how much smarter he is than everyone else. He has proven himself exactly the kind of person who needs to have an example made out of them. He really thought he was slick, he doesn't care what anyone else thinks and he actually believes that because he's smarter than everyone else he deserves some kind of slack.

I misread this entire situation. He predicated his entire image on a lie & in poker, your image is everything. Smart guy not looking very smart anymore.

So your horses were targeting games NH played in because you thought he was a mark. Instead your guys were the marks and now you are demanding revenge.

The word I have gotten is that there were people lining up to play "Noel " Some pretty big money games were being formed around this account and now people don't like being on the other side of coin.

So it's ok to exploit people, but not be exploited?

If you have four horses in the high stakes 8 game line up then you and them are involved in borderline unethical dealings as well. Am sure at least two should have been playing at the same time on the same table and is it fair that to other players that two players whose profits or losses are somewhat linked are on the same table?

Edit just saw this:

maybe i interpreted 8-Game wrong earlier. where does he say what games his horses were playing and that he had several playing at the same table? surely nobody is dumb enough to post a confession like that... well, except for maybe hayestings.

NoelHayes played several different game types and formats.

It's not against any rules to table select. It is against the rules to MA.

Pretty sure he's referring to the 8-game HS cash games. I don't think there are many HS 8-game MTTs on Pokerstars. I could be wrong though.

Again why is it relevant if he has horses playing in the same game?

True but wanted it to be clear. They don't even know each other that well. My horse lost his ass playing cash against Noel. Maybe we're sore losers but i do feel cheated knowing he didn't play under his usual "name". After some discussion we will try and contact BH and see if he wants to resolve this matter or not.

BH's transgressions from this thread in my order of offence:

1. Working with confederates to encourage high stakes players to play a "fish" Noel Hayes account when they knew BH would be the one playing it;
2. Misrepresenting his recent experience to encourage "friends" to make bracelet bets with him at the wrong odds (or at all);
3. Using a third-party account so that he had hand histories against opponents that did not have hand histories against him;
4. Using a third-party account to mislead opponents for X number of hands off the start about his skill level/style of play;
5. Being a greasy-headed and delusional douche-sociopath; and
6. Putting PStars at risk (if they did not know) of losing its licenses.

has to be the high stakes mix games, can't be tourneys. He said that his horses would have not chosen to play him if it was stinger88. If it was tourneys they wouldn't have had a choice to not play or stop playing if put on his table so has to be cash games obv.
