Does it seem to anyone else like Brian projects fake altruism for poker when threatened with facing the reality of what he's done? We're also talking about a guy who's being treated for depression (by his own admission). Are people hoping to push him over the edge or does anyone want to help him own this, get help and fix it?

I'm just saying that there are a lot of people here who are out for blood for good reasons. But if you ever cared about the guy at all, wouldn't you want to help him? His reputation is already destroyed. Someone reach out to him; he taught a lot of people here a lot about poker. Just adding my two cents where they probably aren't welcome. I know he's getting what he's given in many instances.

Maybe we could take this opportunity to make an example of how a guy who seemed to have everything can make a mistake, own it, fix it, pay people back and contribute to the game he claims to love.

But any deal like this means he never plays another hand. Ok, I'm done.

Call it what you want but BH will have to pay for his actions. Nothing gets resolved in a few days but every wrong will be corrected in due time.

So Brian got nailed for a MAing and using a VPN and basically admitted it.What about the thousands of other players doing the same BS..MA using a relatives account or a wife account. Nah nobody does that right? What about VPNs? There are NUMEROUS well known players and unknown players just in Vegas using them. But hey nobody knows about that either? Lets cut through the BS, the only one to blame for this nonsense is Pokerstars they know about it but have chosen to ignore the problem for years. They can easily put an end to this by doing verifications during play or sending out private detectives to get into the VPN poker houses(yeah stupid idea),but again choose not to. So yeah we get to use Brian as a pinata for what he did but the blame clearly rests on Pokerstars for doing NOTHING! Pokerstars is totally at fault and they should pay $$ to all the people that were scammed for not doing what they are suppose to do PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME THEY HOST

BH screwed me and the 4 players i have backed for a while by portraying as somebody else. We didn't know anything about him being behind the Noel acc. I don't care what "everyone else" is or have been doing regarding MA'ing at the moment. I want the money my 4 horses lost against the Noel acc back. It's as simple as that. Will we get it? Who knows. But i will do everything in my power to try, i can promise BH that. This a business for me/us and we got cheated. Pure and simple.

Im assuming you and your horses would probably lose to BH no matter what account he was playing from. He didnt super use you, he couldnt see your cards, he just beat you. Would you of kept the money if you beat the NH account? The only reason you care who is behind the NH account is because you lost.

Your best bet to get money back probably isnt to make a shill account and blast BH on the internet. You should probably get with him privately and try to come to a settlement.
