He admitted to it. That part of the story is over. Brian Hastings is NoelHayes, in some sort of fashion. Details are only speculation at this point, however he did, at least once, play on the NH account.

Read the PM that Bakes posted. That's the evidence, in case you missed it.

Why, is he being featured on the CNBC show "American Greed" or "Lock Up" .. or both?

he hasn't admitted it.

1- theres close to 0% chance he knows who noelhayes is / would choose that avatar, its a really big in joke because of who he is etc

2- joey said in the podcast other high profile people don't believe it was him because of how "fishy" he was playing and completely different style to hastings

3- which hs players have confirmed this?

obviously its very, very likely that its hastings don't get me wrong, but I'm also convinced there is way more to the story and something else happening. i don't believe he was playing the 2k final table or he was playing it in a way where he was intentionally trying not to win.

will try to find some hands to explain it, but no idea how i can find them, will ask a friend. this wasn't just like behind the times, not knowing trends stuff it was like defending 83o in sb vs utg with 30bbs or something.

again obviously i realise its likely its hastings on the account, but 1+1=3 here for me.

I give Bakes credit for outing Hastings since that is not the norm for HS players. Sounds like most of the high stakes community knew Hastings was NH for a long time. But most HS players overall just aren't going to out each other. It just doesn't happen like that in this current poker environment.

theres just a lot of things that don't add up to me like i said

1- selling for 10k scoop main (he could sell to hundreds of people offline wtf do it online) (why even sell at all when you're going to bet huge amounts later. he's even cross booking vs fedor in nl tourneys for 100k outlays!!

2- ireland? wut?

3- noelhayes, wut?

4- playing very unlike bh in lots and lots of spots.

the selling action bit does seem odd.

The rest... whatever. Could've been drunk in scoop and selling accounts could easily (probably) be done via a middle man and come complete with teamviewer PC in Ireland.

There could be another person playing on the account.

But, I highly doubt that he would admit to something that he did not do. That seems ridiculous.

Just because some people knew doesn't mean it's ok. Obvious here that not everyone in HS knew let alone the fact he was playing MTTs too.

It's disappointing that Joey who is always "allegedly" calling people out, doesn't because stinger is his friend. When you have friends that are doing messed up things and you know and don't attempt to separate yourself from them or stop them, you're just as wrong as they are. I didn't watch the laughing part until this morning and jesus christ that is bad. It's basically laughing in everyones faces who didn't know. I don't believe Hastings still has the balls to show up to the Rio. What a giant **** you to the community. Go home Brian, no one wants you here.

Hey bud, definitely agree with you that there's more to the story and the only one who knows the whole story is obviously Hastings. But where I disagree with your characterization is when you say the unknown timeline/facts make Brian's guilt less certain. He explicitly admitted to multiaccounting/playing on NoelHayes (see the PM he sent to Bakes), including that $2K SCOOP FT. And there were at least a couple high stakes regs in this thread that have said they confirmed (Bakes, Imalucsac, etc).

So even if there are many unconnected dots to the story, the two dots that matter are Brian and multiaccounting, and that just can't be denied at this point. And unfortunately because of that, the one guy who knows the full story and could explain all these discrepencies is probably unlikely to want to come clean and explain it all.
