^ Sorry, I was just quoting the last post mentioning Isildur rather than responding to you specifically.

My point is that if someone is willing/baller enough to play anonymous all-comers it is hard to quantify any serious damage when someone plays them anonymously at a different time.

The Mercier conversation in the EPT just sounds like they are talking about who they have been losing money to rather than that any of them know who is behind the account. If it turns out he did know but didn't tell those other players at the table then that makes it worse, but there is nothing there that suggests to me that he did know at that point.

I can understand not disclosing information regarding individuals from Stars perspective, but that should still allow them to acknowledge that accounts with screennames "x" and "y" have been closed as a result of breaching their T&C's, right?
Isn't that also something they confirm when a full botring or Chinese collusion ring is busted?

All these vague comments make everything 100x as people speculate and will create even more gossip. If you are going to mention cheating like USCphil, hastings, etc then name drop and name drop again there is NO point in being vague about cheating.

We should all tweet The Engineer to ask everyone to tweet their congressman to allow Brian Hayestings to multi-account and VPN from the US. Since his move to Canada, subsequent depression, and move back with his parents created this situation, we should all be understanding and advocate on his behalf. After all he has taken, sorry, given back so much to the community.

that doesn't follow. viktor still has the right to know if noel is not who he says he is. the "damage" is done when he assigns the wrong range based on his reads.
the value in cheating comes directly from the victim's pocket. unless i read you wrong. are you saying there was no serious damage at all?

Someone should take him up on this ... the ballots are set well in advance, and names are not removed after candidates officially withdraw ... Ron Paul, Gingrich and Santorum were all on the ballot in CA, NJ, NM, SD primaries which there the last ones of 2012 (would have to nail him down on the definition of "Final Ballot" though ... wouldn't want him welshing based on squirrelly definitions)
