As the public has no legal proof that anything illegally took place that could jeopardize Amaya (PokerStars) sharerholder value and stock price. Or future regulation in the U.S.
So Hastings and the PS Pros have the backing and support on this issue with PokerStars mgmt (as long as they remain quiet).
Either you're full of **** or PokerStars mgmt and legal team are complete idiots.
The only sensible way for PokerStars to deal with this is to come down harsh on Hastings or anyone else that is made public is using a VPN as it violates the agreement they made with the DOJ about letting US players play on the site. That he VPN'ed from the US is already out there. To cover it up at this point would be dumb. They don't owe hastings anything. He's not a sponsored pro unless I'm mistaken and he doesn't really have any marketing potential.
I'm leaning towards you being full of **** since I can't imagine anyone working at pokerstars being dumb enough to risk their jobs over someone how is fairly unimportant regardless of how good he is at poker.
