Craig what type of drugs is Brandon taking? I used to be in a similar situation a few years ago, it was a long road to recovery but with some help from family and friends he will get there.

My name is Kazu Oshima and I've known Brandon also since he was 13 or 14. I had him come live with me in California for a while after he lost his dad (after losing his mom years before). I'm sorry it took so long for me to pitch in but I just returned from a vacation and had limited internet access, plus I didn't fully understand what was going on.

I hope we can get Brandon back on the right track and hopefully pay everyone back eventually for what he's done.

Feel like I should post this conversation as I'm going to assume this was a similar theme for others? This was from Dec 30th 2013. Feel pretty bad about being harsh, but I've heard it all before and if I thought my trying to help would actually help, maybe I'd have addressed things differently. possibly, but crushing up roxy 30s and shooting them up is prob just as likely, and it offers a very similar high to H.

might even be safer, as the pills are not usually cut with other **** the way heroin might be. you usually dont have to worry about the range of purity with roxi's, unlike H, which can often lead to overdose because you really cant know for sure just how potent each bacth will be

I'm curious where these jobs making $60K a year for a HS drop out w/ presumably little or no work experience are located. Unless he knows someone to get him one of these jobs this is the most unrealistic thing I've ever read on 2+2.

He could certainly make $60K at some sales jobs, but none that you can earn that much hire someone like him. The guy has no job skills, education, and clearly no social skills. You don't think they are going to ask why he hasn't had a job and didn't graduate HS? When he answers playing poker most places will laugh and say have a nice day.

Not saying it's not possible, just really unlikely and rare.

That's just silly.

Its the opiate that kills you, not the stuff they cut it with. But that stuff can make you chronically sick, especially injected crushed pills. 99.5% of a pill or more is inert carrier, much of which is talc, which does not dissolve, but filters into the small capillaries of your lungs and incites a giant cell inflammatory reaction that lasts for years. And when you are desperate enough to crush a pill and inject it into your venous system, you couldn't care less about trying to get rid of all the talc carrier substance the pill comes with.

I don't know of any trades that you jump into and make 60k a year right away, but maybe that post mortem stuff starts off higher.

His most realistic option to make decent money outside of poker is to be a webcam model. No ****.

His brother western unioned him 200 bucks assuming that he would get a motel and get on a flight that his uncles/grandma booked for today(17th)

No1 has talked to him last night.

How should any1 trust that he will get on a 8 hour trip with no drugs and $200 in his pocket.

His flight is in an hour or so out of small airport in northern WA.

I dont have all the info

Any1 in that area that can be on call to pick him up if he misses he flight could be a few hundred richer.

respect for your help craig. Iam one of the recent victims and putted in a bad spot. But i had same troubles in my life aswell ( not as brutal, as brandon is currently in )to have a good friend helping you out / stay with you, is a very important thing.

Shout out for grant aswell , helping me out to get my rent payed.

You can get into sales and earn $60K your first year with just a HS diploma at a lot of places. I got into sales at 20 after dropping out of college and made $75K. I also had 5 years of consistent work history and wasn't an addict/degenerate. The issue is he may or may not have a HS diploma, presumably has never had a job, is an addict, and probably lacks skills to interact in the real world in a professional setting. Without a favor from a friend he's never getting a job like that.

Until he is clean it is a mute point anyway.
