Also have been getting shorted on RB since July when they "fixed it". I have reached out to support, to people I know at the site, and the CEO himself and the problem has never been fixed and I'm basically ignored about it now.

My rakeback also hasn't been right since the software change back in May, then it stopped completely in September, I told the live chat that the numbers weren't right for the previous months before September as well and he basically said that there is no instance of ppl getting paid out innacurate amounts and he included parenthesis which said something along the lines of "(according to the supervisor) ", which tells me he is told to say that...he said I should expect funds in my account in the next couple days for September.

Offer HOG666 250k to run your bot/fraud department and you would have the cleanest site around. Everyone would play there because you have big MTTs and rakeback, neither of which your biggest competitor offers.

You know, unless (like most people with a brain suspect) you actually want the bots playing because it's the only thing that makes you look comparable to Bovada.

I would help them for free. I agree that the most likely explanation is that they need the bots around for one or more reasons (bots drive action, generate rake, ect). There is also the possibility that there is some sort of kickback or profit sharing deal with the bot operators that Nagy can't afford to lose.

I am going to focus on the original PLO bots for now as the new variant I do not have much data on and I do not want to appear like I am randomly throwing out names at whim. Once I have a few accounts with over 25k samples I will make a fresh spreadsheet for the new types.

A thought occurred to me the other day. WPN has the hand histories for every single account that they banned. In my opinion these hand histories should be made public for download, every single last one of them. The hand histories could even be modified to remove non-bot player names to protect innocent players while still allowing for analysis of the bot strategy. This would not only allow players to develop effective strategies to defeat the bots should they be present, but also would prove conclusively whether the bots have been colluding, which I am 99% sure they are. If the security department has access to these hand histories it should be a trivial matter to spot the currently active bots not only by stats but also based on the lines they are taking with individual hands.

They should rename this site BOT PARADISE.

I am not concerned about the bots. I stopped playing tournaments there because opponents would play some junk hand, get allin on the flop without a pair or broadway card and then hit some gut shot or back door straight. I was losing there and winning on all other sites. I am sure it is coincidence and I am paranoid about superusers.

This only happens to me against foreign accounts from places like Latvia and other random eastern euro countries. They'll shove 95o or some other rags with 50+BB early in mid-stakes tournaments and win against me when I'm holding AA or KK. Happens WAY too often. I began marking and avoiding these players altogether and I do much better.

What sites are you playing on now? I pulled 95% off acr because I think it is going down soon and didn't want to lose everything.

I played ~50k hands of 25PLO and 50PLO in late 2016 through mid 2017.

I can only assume bots were active. The only refund I got was something like $3. Which I can only assume is from a lone million guaranteed I played that had a bot in it.

I played a bunch of MTTs on ACR when it was invested with bots before the banned page came out and I saw all the names and was like 'holy sht, these guys I was trying to level were fkn bots' I got a refund of $60 or whatever but hardly play now because of the bot problem and not saving of HHs so can't use hud, its super frustrating

Yes, this is super aggravating. And new accounts are being created everyday and it is so difficult to keep up with. Over 5 months with no real fix or explanation, along with getting shorted nasty on RB/loyalty.

The site is insolvent. It is time to break the bank.

I am sure you would help them for free, you selflessly do all the work you do currently for free. But they should hire you, and they should pay you. Seriously.

They're not seriously trying to clean up the problem, though. If they were, they would've formed a security team a while ago to detect and ban bots. It's not super hard to do, either.

They probably believe it will hurt their revenue because of all the lost rake in the short term, but they would definitely end up having a larger player base in the medium to long term having a site that is bot free/quick to ban bots. The people running it are just incredibly short sighted.
