Yeah, to all the Mike supporters in the last thread telling me Mike could not be charged with larcenies (or equivalent) for what he was doing, here's the proof that he absolutely could.

Also, boy he looks terrible in his latest mugshot, his lifestyle is catching up with him, I'm amazed the scam is still working so well for him.

Not fair for your forum just to have bashing threads.
Fell back? Lol, there's no way you're this obtuse, it has to be intentional. He's been scamming and getting caught the whole time, there was nothing to "fall back" from, he never even tried. People on this forum even offered to help him, with money, and a job, and a place to stay for ****'s sake, he just didn't care, because he's a lazy degenerate thief who would rather support himself with an easy scam than an honest day's work.

Yea, waiting for all the delusional Mike supporters to come into this thread, but I don't see it happening. Jman and everyone else in the previous thread who saw right threw Mike's BS were right on. He didn't fall back into anything, he never left, and now he's gonna pay for it. Like Jman said, there were many people who tried to help Mike, and he wanted nothing to do with it. Enjoy prison Mike.

This is correct. The problem with being a gambling addict is that money loses all value. You can never win enough because even if you have a good score you'll just want to raise the stakes. Your total perspective on life is absurdly distorted.

He needs to get to the point where making enough money in a regular job to get by has some sort of meaning to him. If he compares the $10 or $20 an hour he can make in a menial job to the big scores he's hoping to hit then there's no hope for him.

I didn't mind people supporting Mike to get help (even though it quickly became clear that Mike did not have the willingness nor discipline to seek it). The "Stay Strong" phrase was a tad inane, as Mike had to get strong before he could stay that way, but again — the intentions were noble even if a tad naive.

But I could not figure out why people were so sure that he couldn't be or wouldn't be charged for such crimes when it had already happened. This isn't exactly his first arrest.

Besides balding and being 40 pounds overweight he looks good to me for 39 years old. Obviously eating crap food for x years and not exercising, plus the tremendous stress he is under because of his scamming could be wrecking him internally but I have seen much worse ie Meth abusers or Coke etc.

It's ok, Mikey promised to pay him $200-300 at a time until it was paid off.

Now he needs face plastic surgery to continue or learn chinese.

He can always move down in stakes to $50-100 train station or $5-10 bus station or even $1-2 Goodwill.

What can he or you possibly post in his defence.[/QUOTE]

Mike could only be "defenced" if he had a lawn with a fence around it available for defencing. Given that he resides wherever he may currently be good luck getting his fence.

Mike went to NC to run this scam because Bernie Madoff is housed at Butner in NC and is trying to room with him to up his scam game. Talk about moving up in scamming to where they respect your scam game

I used to get a free room every month from a local Indian casino, plus a free $20 up to $75 cash no strings attached. Why? Because I played $300-$500 a hand blackjack for around 126 hands, spread out over 6 days, with free 2:1 blackjack coupons the poker room gave me.

Casinos aren't nearly as smart as you might think. Especially when the casino legally can (and OPENLY does) give preference to hiring based on skin color instead of competence. (it's called tribal preference)

lololol

I had felt sorry for mike until i learned he was getting ppl who worked hard fired from there JOBS, especially when that person is an Old guy & i was glad he got banned here cos of the constant complaining he obv done to the mods against posters who were a bit out of line on here.
I had hoped this would have got mike to rock bottom so as he could accept help from the right place I.E GA.
I hope chainsaw is going to try to pester mike to get there, even in prison im sure he can attend mettings, a true friend would do this.
U have problem gamblers & addiction- two completely diff things, mike is defo had an addict which can & will lead to more addictions in the future if not addressed, so i do fear for this guy. Please go get help mike the 12 step way its a great place to be if u can achieve it, life is about happiness & gambling has NO happy times ahead for u. Remember if u win it will only get worse & if u lose u feel numb.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
the courage to change the things I can
& the wisdom to know the difference.

peace

Mac

He actually spelled "defence" properly (for every English-speaking country other than the USA) -> http://grammarist.com/spelling/defence-defense/

Don't even think he'd be 40 pounds overweight. Probably more like 25.

He doesn't look that old for 39 but he doesn't look healthy either.
