He doesn't need to beat reasonable stakes when he can play 50 tables at once at the lower stakes.

now hypers are a different story, I wouldn't even be sure that you can beat the rake playing perfectly, and a prop bet on hyper profitability before rake is horrendously stupid.
I agree

I guess if that's what you want to do. It's kind of the old thing of quantity vs quality. Anyone who is somewhat skilled should be able to beat the micros. If you don't call off bubble shoves with 45s and don't drool on your keyboard you can beat those people. Back in the day, 2007, sure he was pretty good but games have gotten harder even at micros.
Look at all the training sites, coaching, books and things. Even recs no push fold charts now.

It's true. Most players are losers. Most players were American. Badabingbadaboom, America as a nation was the biggest loser.

That sentence is probably a bit weird, but I didn't know how else to phrase it in english.

I based it on this: http://www.pokertableratings.com/top-countries-alltime

That doesn't mean there aren't alot of great USA players.

America made up the biggest portion of online poker play, period. So its only natural they would be the biggest losers. You guys are aware that roughly 90% of the poker players (regardless of nationality) lose longterm right?

Patriotic 'mericans think germans are too stupid to do simple stats analysis correctly.... Maybe you should try to understand the data before making lol-worthy assumptions about it.

The USA is/was the biggest loser in bb/100hands per person on average, not just due to the amount of players... Only winning country was Malta, iirc.
Despite it being very likely, this is not a guarantee that the USA lost the most $ overall, since rakeback can't be measured. They just lost the most bb/100 at the tables, while all stakes were treated equally!

(New data would maybe also show Mexico being winners per person on average, if $+rakeback and not bb/100 could be counted, depending on the amount of US-pros going there, compared to losing locals. USA ofc has, or at least had many of the best players, but also exponentionally more fishy fools. That's plain logic, due to the popularity of poker in the states, and not a sign that you are all idiots)

Enough of adjucating NVG:

i looked at some of your past post, you ask for advice about hands from your $15 tournaments (very recently).

for someone so smart in the stats analysis area of life, really? looking for advice for $15 mtt hands? dont get me started on the fact you are still grinding $15 tournaments lol. so much for "understanding data"

That totally dismisses his point! Well done.

Your post was of flawless logic and intellectual beauty, how dare he $15 donk?

JK, alone the fact that there are actually countries that are net-winners shows that your conclusion was wrong. Period. The $15 tournament donk certainly understood the data better than you. Funny, isn't it? I for one lol'd.

The USA did not only have the biggest player pool, they also had a pretty high fish-to-shark ratio, and if you ask around then the overwhelming consent is that games got considerably harder to beat since black friday.

personally i think the games got harder to beat for people because they were expecting that. Self-fullfilling prophecy.
