No. That is why we are discussing the requests of account histories. I have one from after it shut down already. They basically show your end balance and all your withdrawals and deposits by date.

It's not clear what will show up on the new account histories. I'll update when/if I receive a new one.

how is the launch of FTP 2 less than a day away and Americans still haven't gotten an update from the DoJ. Totally ****ed imo

You have 'one'? FTP sent you something after the lights went out? Is this what the DoJ will likely have and use to determine who is owed what? A simple layout of your end balance and withdrawal/deposit history?

Since the DOJ has the keys to this car and can drive it essentially wherever they want, this silence v.2 is disheartening to say the least. BUT, the PPA is lobbying on our behalf and they have a meeting with the DOJ next week (unless its delayed/cancelled), so at least that's on our side...hope fully we hear some good news like you can request remission starting in 2013 and will be getting a check 6-8 weeks from then. Writing that reminds me at this point that would be an optimistic timeline, but hey, that's okay.

I feel sorry for you guys. I live in the UK and we don't pay any taxes on gambling profits and we can play on FTP or Stars or both if we wish. We rock baby!!!

If I needed FTP money before mid '13, Id be selling for 85 cents on the dollar or w/e the going rate is these days. Anyone suggesting this will be a quick process or that our repayment is linked in any way to FTP 2 relaunching is erroneous.

The whole situation blows, but Im going to be pretty happy if I get a check for the full amount given the way this all unfolded. If it comes in 2014, yeah the DOJ/govt sucks, but so be it.

Full Tilt/PokerStars does not have US customer's money, they gave your money to the DoJ. Therefore every US player has a balance of $0, and is now awaiting an announcement/statement/communication from the DoJ.

It was requested before the lights went out. Even Americans could still get them until the 6/29 shutdown.

I would guess 65 cents on dollar right now. A lot of uncertainty to date coupled with balance information.

Yikes,thought the market had gotten up that high around the time the PS/FT deal was announced, I didnt realize the market was that low now. Guess the optimistic talk was costly there.

Anyways, it really sucks for those with lots of money on there. I wish you lots of luck, but expecting a timely, full repayment remains an optimistic assumption, not the base case.

The PPA meeting with the DOJ and throwing out some HJ's or maybe even OTP-HJ's (doubt they will be on the receiving end of any DOJ initiated HJ), if that's what it takes, is a positive thing.

I have done everything in my power, which is to say Ive done nothing, because the DoJ has the absolute power...and my money. You act as if the PPA is doing me a favor sir and the mere implication of disatisfaction is offensive in and of itself. You would have loved the U.S.S.R. in the 80's....it was glorious. Lol!

I am a member of the PPA in which orgainization I have sent pictures of dead presidents too and rallied my time and resoures when called upon to do so. Period. The PPA is MY representive...and yours (unfortunatley)...they are not doing charity work out of the kindess of their bleeding hearts. It is a grassroots orgainization, I understand that (keep your tree hugging, save the panda bear, sweater from getting into a ruffle) Forgive me if I dont approve of their ankle grabbing, vaseline entrenched rectum style of begging for crumbs thus far.

But youre right though, im being selfish, I should be looking foward to and pleased about the pre anouncement about the upcoming anouncement for the next anouncement about the future anouncement of the anouncements that will be about a real anouncement that should be an almost overture to the final anouncement about the upcoming anouncement of all anouncements....an anouncement.
