While the DOJ is after Isai Scheinberg and his Son to get them on US soil .

bwin.party and Steve Wynn are intrested to buy 75% of Pokerstars, 25% belongs to several stars workers.

Steve Wynn is more intrested to pay the biggest part with shares from his own casinos.
This would put Isai and his family into a legal and also profitable business and they can maybe get rid of the DOJ .....as far as i have been told.

This does not sound to good to be true. If the owners of ps would acquire ftp the next to monopoly that would ensue would profit them greatly at the expense of the customers.
They would practicly ensure that no real big time competitor would exist for god knows how long.

In that case gbt will have worked for the owners of ps all along which explains why gbt have not rushed the deal to ensure that ps would not irreversible steal to many market shares for them to run a viable business. It would also explain ps confidence in releasing zoom poker.
It would also explain the secrecy surrounding ownership in the new full tilt company seeking license.
