I'm sure there would need to be an investigation into monopoly. Didn't this happen my news corp wanted to buy something but an investigation had to be taken to ensure they weren't dominating the market. This might be just to do with news though

a) stars is a great company - one of the best i've ever dealt with. if there's going to be a monopoly, i'd much rather it be them than some rando

b) stars owning FTP absolutely does not ensure them a monopoly if the big US casinos get involved in the online game. resources for days

Thats honestly the last thing I am worried about... 1) If true this means I get my roll back, and prolly faster than tapie would do it 2) PS would prolly come back faster in US than any other site, since they are probably seen as a legit company in DOJs eyes by expediting their debts to US players in such a timely fashion... 3) One poker site in the Us is alot better than NONE!! which is what we have right now...find something better to whine about. 4 )The player pool will be amazing in a PS dominated market!! who cares about ****ty promotions... GET real (Apple is a monopoly and they make the best sh*t anyway lol) this to me makes alot of sense, this was probably the plan since the moment PS found out FT was insolvent last year

If stars falters at all someone else will start taking their customers. I know many of the euro sites are nearly as advanced as stars, but there is competition.
