As a result of this, Ongame Network has decided to terminate our agreement with them. Though we are taking this action, we will work with them to facilitate an organized and peaceful transition. This will include helping move players' accounts and funds to another network.

I'm not sure I understand -- is OnGame terminating their agreement with Pokes or with FutureBet? It's not clear from the letter.

Well, at least someone is alive at Pokespoker.
Just got this:

"Hi Pokerkalle,

We will be providing a statement on all the current major issues with our site by Tuesday. This will include information about the withdrawal delays. Please refer to this statement for further details and you may also be personally contacted by us over the next week.

I sent an email to Pokes Cashier asking if they were planning on sending a statement Tuesday. I received a response saying that indeed they were (the first email I had received in over a week). Please, anyone that gets emails with important info from them let us know and I will do the same. Hopefully we will get our cashouts sooner rather than later.

Well, Tuesday has come and gone, and I haven't heard crap. This is really starting to piss me off now. Anyone else got the "Statement" they were supposed to make? They have half of my friggin bankroll in limbo.

I still have no responses to my nine emails, including emails to adam rabie and ongame's support. Tuesday has come and gone and nothing. Yet another promise has failed to come to pass. Things need to change fast! This is horrible.

hey guys, i share in your frustration and anger. i just sent emails to both Pokes and Futurebet letting them know that if i do not soon see progress on their parts, I will begin to pursue legal action. thanks to one of my contacts, i have full contact information - including phone and address - for Futurebet. i also have a good friend who recently graduated from Suffolk Law who is prepared to help me with the case, should it come to that. if any of u have any feedback or insight shoot me a PM.

anyone thought of the idea to chipdump to another ongame-skin? if you do it to your own account i can't see why ongame would close that account, and if we all make ongame accept it, i don't really understand the flow of the money between skins, but we could very well loose all our pokesmoney to some other skin.. i'd rather have the money in a process about chipdumping than just beeing totally locked up like now..

If anyone hears anything post it here. I haven't heard a thing other than that they are "looking into" my cashout, whatever that means.

I guess everyone got this email, but I'll post it anyway.

"Withdrawal Delays
We are aware of the excessively long withdrawal delays. For those who haven't already been made aware, the problems are sourced to delayed network payments. We have hired legal staff to assist in rectifying the prior breach of payments and are currently getting some active cooperation. Due to this cooperation we believe the majority of outstanding withdrawals will be settled within the coming weeks.

You do not need to e-mail any support representatives about your withdrawals: We have recorded transactions of everyone's pending withdrawals and will be processing these transactions independent of direct e-mails. Please be patient and continue to look out for any personal or generic updates by e-mail or on our website.

New Network
Along with FCP (FullContactPoker) and many other sites, a new network will be formed independent of OnGame and PokesPoker will be apart of this new network. This network is expected to be open to US players. Within under two weeks the network change is expected to occur and OnGame will assist in the smooth transition of funds to the new system.

We are also working to make sure that as prior issues are remedied that strong assurances are established to guarantee the unlikely recurrence of similar problems. We will not move forward without these assurances of full efficiency.
Transfer Errors
Many players are likely to experience errors transferring money into the poker system from their cashier account.
We are working to make sure these channels are free for transfers over the next couple weeks as we transition to the network. We ask that you continue to persist with your attempts to get money into the poker account as opportunities to enter the system come and go.

On behalf of all staff involved we'd like to offer our sincere apologies for all inconveniences experienced. Please understand that we are working tirelessly to provide a timely remedy to the situation and are exercising all necessary options.

Thanks
PokesPoker.com"

Good luck getting people to your new network, haha

Any of you have the same problem? Is it OnGame who blocked Futurebet skins form playing?

I am geting more and more pissed. And realy affraid that I will never get my money. S**t
