Tough to judge unless u build a huge sample both sober and stoned. For some ppl countering specific symptoms thru cannabinoids might well increase focus on weed, for the vast majority it will not be a good choice when the goal is to max ev cause it makes them lose focus and reduces short-term memory. Didn't wanna imply it does not work for you, weed def can create a state of mind for some ppl that makes them performing better or at least not worse than sober. Just from both experience and studies it slows down / alters logical thinking in a negative way for most consumers (yeah some react adversely), so if Peter Random wants to use a drug for better poker performance (not judging whether this is a good idea), weed is likely a bad choice.
Caffeine or generally stuff that has proven to improve focus for vast majority of consumers seems the way to go as standard. Or the fresh air, sports, healthy nutrition way, that seems boring and requires lotta effort, but it works best longterm I suppose.
